By using the Promps application (the "Software") or visiting our website (promps.zundou.org), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Software or website.

2. Description of Service

Promps is a free, open-source desktop application for visual block-based prompt creation and management. The source code is available on GitHub under the MIT License.

3. Use of the Software

• The Software is provided free of charge under the MIT License.
• You are responsible for providing your own API keys for AI providers when using AI features.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each AI provider you use through the Software.
• You must not use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Donations

We accept voluntary donations through Ko-fi. Donations are entirely optional, non-refundable, and do not grant any additional features or privileges. Donations are processed by the respective platform and are subject to their terms of service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Promps source code is released under the MIT License. The Promps name, logo, and website content are the property of the operator (Yoshihiro NAKAHARA) and may not be used without permission, except as permitted by the MIT License.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software or website.

8. Third-Party Services

The Software connects to third-party AI providers using your API keys. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of responses from these providers. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
